FITNESS CONSULTATION

The program begins with a complimentary consultation lasting between 30 minutes to an hour, during which both Jonah and the client engage in an open discussion.

The initial meeting serves as an opportunity for Jonah to understand the client’s objectives, motivations, and any challenges they may face. Together, they explore the benefits of the program and set realistic expectations. Understanding the client’s reasons for joining and their desired outcomes is crucial in tailoring the program effectively.

During the consultation, Jonah delves into various factors that contribute to overall wellness, including nutrition, sleep, and stress management. This holistic approach ensures that clients receive guidance beyond just physical training, leading to comprehensive lifestyle improvements.

Availability and scheduling preferences are discussed to accommodate the client’s routine. Additionally, Jonah provides clarity on the frequency of training sessions and the financial investment required, with pricing structures that vary based on session quantity and duration.

A commitment of three months is encouraged to ensure clients have adequate time to experience tangible results. However, the timing is flexible to accommodate individual needs and preferences.

Once the consultation is complete, training commences, allowing clients to start their fitness journey without delay. Each program is uniquely tailored to the individual, considering their goals, preferences, and any limitations they may have.
